PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS
Product Overview
Graphite Block is a solid graphite material supplied in block form for machining, thermal processing, metallurgical applications, and industrial component manufacturing. Compared with graphite paper or graphite sheet, graphite block is a more structural graphite product designed for load-bearing, machining, shaping, and use in demanding high-temperature or chemically aggressive environments.
Depending on the raw material route and manufacturing process, Graphite Block can be produced as molded graphite, extruded graphite, vibration-molded graphite, or isostatic graphite. At QDZRT Graphene, different grades are available according to density, purity, grain size, strength, electrical resistivity, thermal conductivity, and end-use requirements. Graphite blocks are widely used in EDM electrodes, furnace components, molds, crucibles, semiconductor parts, metallurgical fixtures, chemical equipment, and customized graphite machined parts.

Main Applications
EDM Electrodes and Mold Processing
Graphite Block is widely used for EDM electrode production because of its machinability, dimensional stability, and suitability for precision machining. Fine-grain and isostatic grades are commonly selected for molds, dies, and high-accuracy EDM applications.
High-Temperature Furnace Components
Graphite Block is widely used in high-temperature furnace systems for heaters, insulation support parts, trays, fixtures, structural members, and heat-treatment related components. Its heat resistance and thermal shock resistance make it suitable for demanding thermal processing environments.
Metallurgy and Casting
In metallurgy and casting applications, graphite blocks can be machined into molds, crucibles, continuous casting components, hot metal handling parts, and other process-related graphite fixtures where thermal stability and machinability are important.
Semiconductor and Electronic Industry
High-purity graphite blocks are used in semiconductor and electronics-related processing equipment, especially in applications requiring controlled purity, dimensional stability, and resistance to high-temperature process conditions.
Chemical and Corrosion-Resistant Equipment
Graphite Block can be used in selected chemical process systems and corrosion-related applications due to its stability against many aggressive media. It is suitable for selected structural and functional parts used in chemical, petrochemical, and process industries.
Customized Machined Graphite Parts
Graphite Block is commonly used as the base stock for custom graphite machining. It can be processed into plates, rods, rings, trays, boats, molds, heater parts, mechanical seals, and other graphite components according to customer drawings and technical requirements.
