1. What products do you mainly supply?

Our products are mainly organized into six categories:

  1. Graphene materials, including graphene powder, graphene oxide (GO), reduced graphene oxide (rGO), and related functional materials.
  2. Natural graphite raw materials, including natural flake graphite, high-purity graphite, graphite micro powder, graphite powder, expandable graphite, spherical graphite, and microcrystalline graphite.
  3. Synthetic graphite materials, including synthetic graphite, specialty graphite, graphite electrodes, graphite blocks, graphite rods, graphite plates, graphite molds, graphite boats, and other high-temperature graphite products.
  4. Graphite processed products, including graphite paper, flexible graphite sheets, graphite emulsion, graphite sealing products, and graphite equipment.
  5. Battery and new energy materials, including graphite anode materials, battery-grade graphite powder, conductive agents, and high thermal conductivity graphite foil.
  6. Industrial graphite products, including graphite for friction materials, powder metallurgy, foundry, lubrication, and recarburizers.
2. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a professional manufacturer and supplier with stable production capacity and long-term supply support.

3. Can you provide samples?

Yes. Sample availability depends on product type and requested quantity. Sample shipping is normally paid by the buyer.

4. What is your MOQ?

MOQ varies by product grade and specification. Trial orders and small-batch orders are welcome.

5. Do you support customization?

Yes. We support customization of purity, particle size, layers, thickness, packaging, and key performance indicators based on your requirements.

6. What documents can you provide?

We can provide standard product documents such as COA, TDS, and MSDS. For other certificates, please tell us your target market and compliance requirements, and we will confirm availability before order.

7. What is the lead time?

For in-stock items, lead time is usually 3-7 working days. For customized orders, lead time is typically 10-20 working days after order and payment confirmation. International trade orders may also be affected by order conditions, local policies, factory inventory, and production scheduling.

8. Which shipping terms do you accept?

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP. Shipment can be arranged by express, air, or sea depending on order size and destination.

9. What payment terms do you support?

We support T/T, L/C for qualified orders, and selected international payment channels. Detailed terms are confirmed in the PI or contract.

10. How do you control quality?

We implement quality control from raw materials to final shipment, including in-process checks and final batch inspection with traceable records.

11. What packaging options do you offer?

Standard export packaging is available, and OEM or private label packaging can be discussed for long-term cooperation.

12. What are shelf life and storage conditions?

Shelf life and storage conditions vary by product. In general, products should be kept sealed in a dry, cool, and ventilated environment away from moisture and direct sunlight. We will also recommend suitable storage methods based on the specific product before shipment.

13. Do you support mixed orders?

Yes. We support mixed orders of different grades or specifications in one shipment. MOQ and lead time will be confirmed based on each item and the total order volume.

14. Can you source products outside your catalog?

Yes. For products not currently listed, we can support qualified sourcing after confirming your required specifications, application, compliance documents, quantity, and target delivery timeline.
